Zion Grady is a standout player from Enterprise (Ala.) High School and a five-star edge rusher for 2025.

Justin Smith, Touchdown Alabama Magazine’s Director of Scouting and Recruiting, claims that Grady stated that “the communication has to be there” from DeBoer and his team. Grady decided not to commit after Saban’s retirement. He is willing to return, but he would prefer to speak with the new coaching staff directly. Former Alabama defensive lineman Nick Gentry is not pleased that Grady has backed out of his committment. Being a native of Prattville, Alabama, and a two-time BCS National Champion in 2009 and 2011, he would cherish joining the coaching staff. Gentry had a single message for the coaching staff of Alabama.
