Leeds find Tyler Adams replacement already as they weigh up move – report MOT Leeds News
The newspaper has reported on its website (7 August) that Daniel Farke’s side are considering a move for the out-of-favour Finnish midfielder who has been training on his own at Ibrox as he looks for his next move.
Adams is a target for Chelsea and a move to Stamford Bridge appears to be getting closer with the USMNT captain having a relegation release clause in his contract and therefore the Whites have already begun thinking about a possible replacement.
Discussing Leeds’ search for a midfielder, Simon Jones writes: “Leeds are weighing up a move for Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara as they seek replacements for Tyler Adams.
“Leeds had been exploring a move for Dion Lopy at Reims but he is joining Almeria. Adams has had interest from Bournemouth, Aston Villa, Manchester United, Brighton, Nottingham Forest and Liverpool but looks set for Chelsea.”

Kamara isn’t a bad player just because he isn’t a part of Beale’s plans however, he was one of Rangers’ best performers up until last season, winning the Scottish Premiership with the Light Blues and also the Finnish Footballer of the Year award in 2022.
With experience at both an international level and in the Champions League, Leeds would be securing the services of an excellent player who is just in a rough patch of form but is also only 27 years old and likely to be entering their prime.
The midfielder has only one year left on his deal at Ibrox but according to the Herald (12 June), the Gers have slapped a £5m price tag on Kamara, an expensive fee for a player coming to the end of his contract, but the new owners at Elland Road do have money to spend.
Kamara would go a long way to filling the void left by Adams should he depart and would’ve been the sort of signing that would have had fans excited, had it happened when Leeds were in the top flight and Kamara was at his best
