Bayern set to include Tottenham dream signing in Harry Kane’s deal

Bayern Munich’s chances of signing Harry Kane have been boosted as the German club consider handing Tottenham one of their prized assets in return.

The transfer fee is still an issue in the deal, but the Bundesliga’s juggernauts are moving on with their plans to sign Kane this summer.

Next week, Daniel Levy is anticipated to meet with the top brass of Bayern Munich to explore a deal for Harry Kane. Although Kane seemed to favor a move to Bayern, PSG is also interested in the forward.

Bayern may be open to adding Mathys Tel to the deal as the two teams continue to negotiate a transfer cost.

The Telegraph claims that Bayern might take advantage of Tottenham’s interest in Tel to secure a deal for Kane. This summer, Tottenham has already contacted Bayern about utilizing Tel as part of a trade, and Bayern may still do so.

Although a loan or permanent sale for Tel is an option, it is unclear whether Bayern would approve of either.

When asked about Tel’s future, Tuchel told reporters, “If something changes, we will absolutely discuss that very late in the window.

The 18-year-old is a highly anticipated Bundesliga potential. For the German champions in the previous season, he managed to score five league goals in just 399 minutes.

Losing Kane would be a devastating blow for Spurs, but if they can secure a deal for Tel, the damage would be greatly lessened.

Ange Postecoglou should plan for life without Kane

There’s no doubt that Postecoglou has been thrown into a tough situation this summer. Rebuilding the squad while potentially losing Kane was never going to be easy.

As Kane only has one year left to run on his contract, he will be able to leave the club for free next year if he isn’t sold this summer. With this being the case, Postecoglou would be best to plan his long-term vision without the 30-year-old.

Christian Falk recently suggested that Kane has already played his last game for Spurs as Bayern look to ramp up their interest.

“Bayern Munich are working hard on the transfer of Harry Kane,” Falk told CaughtOffside. “The club are still very positive about the deal and are hopeful the Englishman played his last match for Tottenham against LC Sailors.

“They would like to complete the deal before Spurs’ next match against Shakhtar Donetsk on 6 August in London.”

The next week or so is likely to be crucial in deciding Kane’s future. With Bayern’s talks set to ramp up, it should be an interesting few days for Tottenham and Kane.
