Deal completed: Jake Heath leaves West Ham United to work as a backroom employee for Tottenham
Jake Heath has joined Tottenham in a comparable role after leaving his behind-the-scenes role at West Ham.
Heath has officially started working as Tottenham’s Head of Supporter Engagement, as verified by his personal LinkedIn account.
From November 2016 until January 2024, he served as West Ham’s Head of Supporter Services for over seven years.
West Ham must find replacement
With the amount of complaints and problems they handle, SLOs at any club are akin to unsung heroes.
Heath was in his position long enough for United to recognize him, but now they will need to find a replacement.
Heath is reportedly a Tottenham supporter, so you can’t blame him for wanting to assume a similar role at our neighbors.
Heath has remained with the Irons for the entire seven and a half years, during which time they have had many ups and downs.
Although this isn’t exactly a move that will rock the club, it does create a vacancy that must be addressed, if it hasn’t already.

More than four possible suitors expressed interest in Tottenham Hotspur’s midfield player, Pape Matar Sarr.
Transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano said that Spurs turned down all bids for Sarr because manager Ange Postecoglou thought he was “untouchable” from the start, despite the fact that the young player was attracting a lot of interest.

And against Brighton, he was Spurs’ standout player once more as he opened the comeback with the equalizer.
