Simon Jordan wasn’t too happy about Jose Mourinho’s trash talk about Tottenham Hotspur.

Two years have passed since Daniel Levy taunted the trophy-winning manager from Tottenham’s dugout, and the incident still hurts him.

The now-Roma coach John Obi Mikel, a former Chelsea midfielder, called it “the most ridiculous” that he was fired by Spurs only days before their League Cup final matchup with Manchester City.

Daniel Levy’s buddy and former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan moved quickly to silence the controversial manager, telling him to “get it right” and pointing out that Spurs had won the FA Cup in 1991 and the League Cup in 2008.

According to Simon Jordan, who spoke with talkSPORT, the players went to the owner and demanded that Jose Mourinho be fired, which is why he was ejected from Hotspur Way.

The English billionaire, however, wasn’t limited in his criticism; he also compared the 60-year-old to the legendary boxer Mohammed Ali.
