Lipton revealed his knowledge of the £13 million man.

“They told Lloris he could leave with them. You’ve been amazing, with our permission, but it’s time to go on. He looked over the offers, and none of them appealed to him. His contract has one year left on it; it won’t be renewed, and in January he may decide that he really does need to play. Lipton remarked, “I don’t see why he’s sticking around since Dier has a part to play, even if it’s off the field.

Where can he go?

Since Lloris is unwelcome at Tottenham and not many elite teams are now in need of a goalie of his caliber, he finds himself in an extremely tough situation.

Some players, like David De Gea, are already having difficulty finding a new team, and Aaron Ramsdale has been unsuccessful in his attempts to leave Arsenal.
