Even if Anton Ferdinand doesn’t like Tottenham Hotspur, he has to acknowledge that one Spurs player’s influence this season has impressed him.
Tottenham looks to have righted the ship after a turbulent few weeks, and they are currently just one point off of the Premier League’s top four.
To be honest, if the offer had been made prior to the start of the season, a lot of Spurs supporters would have likely torn your arm off to be in this situation.
Anton Ferdinand amazed by impact Ange Postecoglou has had at Tottenham
It’s easy to overlook the turmoil Tottenham found itself in at the end of the last campaign. The club had lost Antonio Conte. Furthermore, there appeared to be a strong desire for the campaign to terminate as soon as possible among all parties engaged.
However, Tottenham has been given new life with the arrival of Ange Postecoglou.
When Conte left, Postecoglou would not have been a household name. But it didn’t take him long to instill his exciting brand of football on his team. In the first few months of the season, Spurs also established the early pace.
Speaking on The Take On, Anton Ferdinand also acknowledged that Postecoglou’s accomplishments had impressed him.
It’s time to be honest: I don’t even like the Spurs. But Ange’s contributions to this team following the departure of one of their greatest players ever cannot be understated, he remarked.

Observing how Spurs progress after the first half of the season will be interesting. Now that they have all of their important players back, many will be hopeful that they can start winning.
