‘Unbelievable’: Jack Grealish now makes claim about Tottenham after Man City’s win yesterday

Jack Grealish, a midfielder for Manchester City, has now given his assessment of Tottenham Hotspur under Ange Postecoglou for the current campaign.

The England midfielder was speaking with Sky Sports yesterday after City defeated Luton Town 2-1 in the late game.

And in defending City’s recent performance, Grrealish did acknowledge Tottenham’s advancement this year.

He stated: “I believe that a lot of people like to talk about City and act as though there is a major crisis, but in actuality, we have faced some really strong opponents.

“We’ve faced off against the incredible Spurs. Liverpool is currently leading the league.

We have also faced outstanding teams, including Chelsea and Aston Villa, who have among of the best home records in all of Europe.

“People like to pretend it’s the end of the world, but it’s not—we lost one and drew three.”

Tottenham must find this compliment even more sweet in light of the fact that they are still far from their best.

Important players are still absent even though a few more bodies were recovered yesterday against Newcastle United.

Man City’s Jack Grealish praises Tottenham following yesterday’s win

Although Grealish will downplay it, Pep Guardiola’s team has had a difficult run of late, and the players will undoubtedly be disappointed.

Even though James Maddison and Micky van de Ven have been missed by Tottenham, Rodri’s absence in the midfield is too much for City to handle.

The Spaniard did not play in the loss at Aston Villa, but he did play in yesterday’s victory.

Naturally, Kalivin Phillips, a player who will undoubtedly be moving in January, is barely appearing in these contests.

Spurs have previously been linked to the move, and it still seems like a very wise one.

Nevertheless, given how dominant Man City’s style is growing this season, some Tottenham supporters might appreciate a little compliment from Jack Grealish.

And a commentator would undoubtedly credit Ange Postecoglou’s full-backs as a major factor in their success.
