Tottenham working on an incredible player plus cash deal to sign winger with 17 goals and 12 assists
Spurs have been mentioned as a possible surprise suitor for Raphinha, the attacker for Barcelona.
According to Football Transfers, Spurs are now more interested in the Brazilian and have given up on Ivan Toney.
The winger has a €70 million price tag on him, but Barcelona is willing to let him go.
