Tottenham could do with a new centre-forward after selling Harry Kane to Bayern Munich, but the Italian journalist says the north London club will not buy one just for the sake of it.
Talking on his podcast, he said: “Speaking to my sources, they will only go for a new striker if they find a good opportunity. They don’t want to overpay. They don’t want to sign a striker just because they have to find a striker.”
Tottenham are not feeling the impact of Kane’s departure just yet, recently beating Manchester United 2-0.

When you consider that, Tottenham would probably be wise to go out and sign a new No.9.
