Son of Creedence Clearwater Revival drummer charged with murder after girlfriend, friend found dead, police say.

According to court documents, Brent Clifford obtained Portella-Wright’s personal identifying information without her consent and attempted to use her access card. Investigators said the total value exceeded $950.

Brent Clifford is being held in the Placer County Jail in California without bail. He is expected back in court on Sept. 9.

The Reno Police Department said investigators are still working to determine what charges Brent Clifford will be facing in Nevada related to Andrews’ death.

Officials have not released a possible motive for the alleged murders or any further information as of Thursday.
