Leeds completed their first signing of the Daniel Farke era on Wednesday as Ethan Ampadu joined on a four-year-deal from Chelsea for a fee of £7 million + add-ons.

With San Francisco 49ers Enterprises’ takeover having been ratified on Monday, Leeds no longer have any obstacles in their path to make signings.

“At the moment, Leeds are not happy with their proposal. Gnonto will be a crucial part of the transfer window for Leeds this summer.”

The Italian transfer guru also exclusively broke news of Leeds’ interest in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Edouard Michut on Wednesday evening, which could be a sign the wheels are in motion on several targets.

Michut is a highly rated young midfielder who spent last season on loan at Sunderland, though Romano states Leeds are just one of several clubs keen
