‘He is the one’: Kenny Miller Says Celtic 23-year-old is One of The Best, Sensational and Outstanding Signing This Season

Luis Palma of Celtic is one of the contenders for Scottish signing of the year, according to Kenny Miller.

The Scottish Premiership is currently on break, but the Bhoys will resume play on January 27 at home against Ross County.

Who, though, has been the season’s best addition thus far? As he told Clyde 1, Kenny Miller is certain that Celtic can add Luis Palma to the roster despite the failure of a few other deals.

Although Gustaf Lagerbielke was signed in the summer, it appears like he may already be on his way out, and Brendan Rodgers hasn’t exactly been a fan of Maik Nawrocki.

Jota’s departure to Saudi Arabia cost Celtic a vital player who was instrumental in Ange Postecoglou’s historic and thrilling Triple Crown victory the previous year.

Yes, Jota and Luis Palma have somewhat different playing styles, but the Honduran sensation is performing admirably to take the position of such a lucrative and reliable player for the team.

The 23-year-old’s “technical ability” and his “very, very good” performances have been praised by Kenny Mailer.

Luis Palma Signing of the Season

When we were discussing signings and which new players for Celtic really start games, Miller admitted, “I was literally racking my brain.”

“The one is Palma.” Clearly, Bernardo has entered the game during the previous four. Bernardo, I believe he has been incredibly good over the past four or five games. Is that sufficient to have this kind of discussion on the season’s signing? Most likely not.

However, Palma definitely does. His backing. His objectives. He is not Jota in terms of a replacement, but he is a different kind of player. However, his stats are just as impressive.

When Jota left, there was a position with Palma that needed to be handled. Although it took him some time to settle into that position, he has since scored seven goals and added many assists. He’s put up some excellent performances. With his speed and strength, he simply offers them something different than Maeda does on that side of the field. That technical talent is what Palma offers. That idea. both inventiveness and pass. while continuing to provide a threat to the goal.

Luis Palma proving to be a success

The fact that players like Daizen Maeda and Liel Abada have missed a lot of games this season just serves to highlight the caliber of wide players Celtic has.

Those two will most likely start when everyone is healthy and playing well, which will only add to the team’s worth in the closing minutes.

And all of that will be on display when Celtic returns to Ibrox and during the season’s pivotal moments.
