Radu Dragusin will make ‘final decision’ on Bayern Munich and Tottenham today
It appeared as though Tottenham had completed the signing of Radu Dragusin yesterday.
It was disclosed that the Romanian defender’s transfer from Genoa to Spurs was finalized, with Djed Spence expected to go on loan.
All Dragusin needed to do was book a flight to North London to finalize his transfer, but yesterday night there was a last-minute development: Bayern Munich put in a bid to recruit him.
It is said that Genoa is now open to accepting offers from both Bayern and Tottenham; therefore, the player must select which team to join.
Dragusin will make his “final decision” today, according to Romano.
He tweeted last night at 1:05 a.m.: “The club’s project has been presented to Radu Dragusin, and FC Bayern has sent him an important salary bid tonight.” Director of Bayern, attempting to sabotage the agreement.
“Dragusin will make the final decision today, Wednesday, while the Spurs offer is still up for grabs.”
Nervous hours for Tottenham
Almost all Tottenham supporters anticipated Radu Dragusin to join the Spurs after learning of the teams’ agreement yesterday.
Bayern, though, has now complicated matters by extending an offer for him to transfer to the Bundesliga.
For Dragusin, this is not an easy decision. Tottenham appears to be developing something very unique, and their concept is undoubtedly interesting.
But if he joins Bayern Munich, one of the biggest teams in the world, he will undoubtedly win titles there.
Spurs supporters will have to wait anxiously until today when Dragusin is likely to make a choice.
