CRYSTAL PALACE MAKE RECORD £30M BID FOR LIVERPOOL TARGET AND OFFER 4-YEAR DEAL

However, shattering their transfer record for Perr Schuurs, a player who has recently drawn interest from clubs like Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Paris Saint-Germain, and others, would be a much bigger and more expensive declaration of intent.

Crystal Palace make huge Perr Schuurs bid

Orazio Accomando, a reporter for DAZN Italia, claims that Crystal Palace has made a £30 million offer. Schuurs, a former Ajax teenager, would become the most expensive signing in Eagles history, surpassing Christian Benteke.
Accomando continues by saying that Palace has also extended a four-year contract to Schuurs. The 23-year-old’s signing is something Roy Hodgson’s team hopes to accomplish “in the next few hours.”

However, things might not be so straightforward after all. Before Palace receives its fairytale conclusion, there may still be a few more turns in the story.

Schuurs would choose a move to Liverpool over Crystal Palace, according to a recent Tuttosport report. Additionally, West Ham United, who are also interested in the player, have Nikola Vlasic as a secret weapon.

Last season, Vlasic impressed while on loan at Torino. Additionally, it has been suggested that the Hammers may give the Croatian con artist as a makeweight in exchange for Schuurs moving to the London Stadium.

Meanwhile, rumors that Crystal Palace is prepared to spend a fortune on Schuurs could cast further doubt on Guehi and Joachim Andersen’s futures.

Some of the top players in the Premier League have taken notice of Guehi. Newcastle United, who will play in the Champions League, is interested in signing Andersen.
